- Difficulty: Very easy
- Cost: Very cheap
- Preparation time: 15 Minutes
- Portions: 10
- Cooking methods: Oven
- Cuisine: Italian
- Seasonality: All seasons
Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- Nutella®
Steps
Remove the puff pastry from the fridge 10 minutes before using it and place it on the work surface.
Cut it in half lengthwise and then cut out 10 rectangles or 8 if you want larger pastries.
Draw lines on half of each rectangle and fold them in half with the lines facing up, towards you, turn them upside down, and fill with Nutella.
In the case of Nutella no sealing is needed, but with cream and jams, you should fold a bit of the base over the filling, only with these fillings.
With Nutella, take the top corners of the rectangle and bring them to the center of the base, seal the center to prevent the filling from leaking out, forming triangles.
Turn the pastries so the stripes face you, press down a bit on the base, and place them on a baking tray lined with paper or in the air fryer as I did.
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 15 minutes, in the air fryer cook at 365°F for 4 minutes then flip and cook for another 4 minutes.
Bon appétit
