Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 7 oz almonds
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- orange zest
Steps

Add the butter and start kneading, add the orange juice one tablespoon at a time until you can mix the dough well.
Divide the dough into 20 pieces, make rolls on the floured surface, fold them in half twisting them onto themselves then close them into rings and if you prefer decorate with an almond.
Place the cookies on the baking sheet lined with paper and place an almond in the center, bake and cook in the hot oven at 355°F for about 15 minutes.
