Ingredients
- 4 1/2 oz cocoa cookies
- 7 oz 60% dark chocolate
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 tsp rum
- as needed coconut flour
Steps
For the recipe, avoid using star cookies, the star sprinkle doesn’t facilitate praline formation; better to use simple cocoa cookies or the typical petit cookies.
Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie.
Chop the cookies with a mixer or crumble them well with your fingers, add the rum and mix, then add the melted chocolate and mix again.
The mixture is a bit sticky, if not, you can add more rum or a little milk, it will obviously depend on the type of cookie you will use.
Make 12 balls by rolling a bit of the mixture in the palm of your hand, then roll them in the coconut flour and place them on a plate.
Put in the fridge or freezer for 20 minutes and they are ready to enjoy.
Bon appétit
