Ingredients

Steps

  • Make a rectangle, bring the short side to the center and cover with the other short side, make a ball and let rise until doubled, about 4 hours.

  • After the time has passed, take the dough and divide it into 5-6 pieces, make rolls and shape the donuts, place them in the fryer lined with paper, brush with butter or oil.

  • Let rest for 20 minutes, or place them on the baking tray and let rest.

  • After the time has passed, heat the air fryer for 2 minutes at 340°F then cook for 3 minutes at 340°F, then flip them and cook another 3 minutes.

  • Or bake in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
