Ingredients
- 18 oz mascarpone
- 2 oz chocolate
- 1 oz hazelnuts
- 2.8 oz sugar
- 0.7 oz all-purpose flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup whipping cream
Steps
Chop the hazelnuts with the sugar, work the egg yolk with the hazelnuts and sugar in a small saucepan with a hand whisk, add the flour and mix again.
Add the cream and continue to mix, then move to the stovetop and continue working with the whisk until it thickens.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with 2 tablespoons of water and let it cool.
Work the mascarpone with an electric whisk to soften it, then divide it into two bowls, in one add the chocolate and mix, in the other add the cream and mix.
Arrange in cups alternating the creams with cookies, I used wafers but ladyfingers soaked in milk or coffee are perfect.
Place the cups in the fridge until ready to serve.
