- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 7 oz water
- 0.21 oz fresh yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 1 slice cooked ham
- 2.8 oz provolone cheese

Dissolve the yeast in the water, add the flour and mix well with a spoon.
Add the parmesan, mix, then add the salt and mix again, add the egg, ham and provolone pieces, mix again and let it rest covered with plastic wrap for 30-40 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan with high edges and pour the dough with an oiled spoon, fry the fritters for a few minutes turning them thoroughly for even cooking.
Drain on kitchen paper and serve.
