- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Nutella®
- 1 cup milk

Steps
Work the egg yolk with sugar in a saucepan, add the flour, and always mix with the hand whisk.
Heat the milk and gradually add it to the yolk while continuously stirring with the hand whisk, then add the Nutella and keep stirring until it thickens.
Pour the cream into a container and cover with plastic wrap in contact with the surface. Let it cool in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Custard cream is always delicious, prepared with ingredients we usually have at home: flour, sugar, milk, and eggs. However, you can substitute the milk with cream for a denser and creamier texture or add a bit of butter to enrich the flavor.
