Ingredients
- 18 oz mascarpone
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2.8 oz condensed milk
- 40 Pavesini (approximately)
- 0.4 cup whipping cream
Steps
Beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside.
Mix the egg yolks with the sugar in a saucepan in a bain-marie for 3 minutes, they should not cook but just heat up and reach almost boiling point otherwise they will curdle.
Mix the mascarpone with the condensed milk and the yolks, add the egg whites and fold gently.
Whip the cream and combine the two mixtures, make a layer of cookies in a baking dish, I did not soak the Pavesini but if you prefer you can do it with milk or coffee.
Alternate cream and cookies until you finish the ingredients.
Bon appétit
