Ingredients
- 2 slices sandwich bread
- 1.4 oz cooked ham (40)
- 1.4 tbsp tomato sauce
- 3.5 oz buffalo mozzarella
Steps
Lightly toast the bread under the grill for about 5-10 minutes, just enough to color it a bit, not to burn it.
Season with tomato sauce, top with slices of cooked ham, and then with sliced mozzarella.
Put back in the oven under the grill at 482°F for about 5 minutes, just enough time to melt the mozzarella, then take out and enrich with oregano or rosemary, as you prefer.
