Ingredients
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 3 oz condensed milk
- 2 oz 60% dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp milk
Steps
Pour the cream with the condensed milk into a container and whisk with an electric mixer.
Melt the chocolate with the milk in a double boiler, let it cool then add it to the cream and continue whisking with the electric mixer.
Place some cookies at the bottom of the cups and fill with the cream either in layers or use them to fill cakes and pies or brioche.
