- 1.1 lbs potatoes (stick, frozen)
- 3.5 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- 2.8 oz breadcrumbs
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- to taste oregano (optional)

Steps
Pour the frozen stick fries into the removable compartment of the air fryer. Add the breadcrumbs, grated cheese, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and oregano (optional).
Mix well with your hands or with a wooden spoon and cook at 392°F, turning them halfway through, shaking the basket to ensure they are golden and crispy on all sides.

You can replace frozen fries with fresh ones. Once cut, soak them in cold water for 10 minutes, then dry them with a cloth or paper towel.
