Ingredients
- 1 and 1/3 cups of cleaned avocado
- 3.5 oz of smoked salmon
- 3.5 oz of tarallini
- 1/3 cup of cream cheese
- to taste of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- to taste of chia seeds
Steps
Place the tarallini in a food bag and crush them with a meat mallet or rolling pin.
Proceed to prepare the mousse.
Peel and cut the ripe avocado into small pieces and mash it with a fork.
Add the olive oil and a few drops of lemon, mix.
Incorporate the cream cheese and mix.
