Crazy Dough

The crazy dough is a basic recipe perfect for preparing savory pies like the Apulian calzone, but also for desserts like strudel.

Making it by hand is very easy; just mix oil, wine, flour, and a pinch of salt in a bowl, and after thirty minutes of resting, it’s ready to use.

It will come in handy whenever you have a fridge to empty, as it can be filled in a thousand different ways.

Now take a minute to read the recipe and then…let’s cook and eat!!
