No-cook milk cream is a delicious filling that is prepared in a flash, with a full and rich taste reminiscent of the cream filling in famous packaged snacks.
It’s loved by both adults and children, and can be used to fill birthday cakes, tarts, sponge cake, tartlets, cream puffs… basically anything your imagination suggests.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups sweetened non-dairy whipping cream (cold)
- 1/4 cup condensed milk
- 1/4 cup honey (wildflower or acacia)

Preparation
To prepare the quick milk cream, use a bowl with electric whisks to combine the cold refrigerated non-dairy cream with the condensed milk.
Once it is whipped to stiff peaks, take a few spoonfuls of cream and in a separate small bowl dissolve a tablespoon of honey in it.
Once the honey and the removed cream are well mixed, pour them into the bowl containing the whipped cream with condensed milk.
Gently incorporate with a spoon or spatula.
The quick no-cook milk cream is now ready.

Store in the fridge well-sealed for a couple of days.
