This is a complete dish, so you can be generous with the quantities since there are few carbohydrates and apart from 2 tablespoons of oil, there are no fats. Instead, there are swordfish proteins and lots of vegetables cut with a mandoline for spaghetti, so it will seem like you have a huge plate in front of you.

Start by peeling the onion and slicing it thinly.
Peel the carrots and turn them into spaghetti using the special mandoline
Do the same with the zucchini.
Choose very fresh fish, and..
