NOUGAT MOUSSE and panettone, festive spoon dessert with 3 ingredients, easy and quick, recipe with whipped cream, very simple and tasty.
It’s one of those clever recipes that seem elaborate but are not at all. The nougat mousse is creamy, fragrant, and perfect as a dessert, especially when you don’t feel like turning on the oven or making complicated desserts.
This nougat mousse is ideal for individual cups, to be prepared in advance and kept in the fridge until serving. It’s great after an important lunch, but also works as a last-minute dessert for New Year’s Eve or unexpected guests.

- 5 oz whipping cream
- 3.5 oz white nougat

Whip the cold cream, add the nougat, and mix from bottom to top to avoid deflating it.
Pour the mousse over the pandoro in the cups, level it, and refrigerate until ready to serve, at least 30 minutes.

NOUGAT MOUSSE
A friendly tip: use a soft nougat for a smoother texture, or mix white and chocolate nougat for an even richer version. With a sprinkle of cocoa, chopped hazelnuts, or chocolate flakes, it instantly looks impressive without effort.
