Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs potatoes
- 3.5 oz white onion
- 3 tbsps black olives
- 5.6 oz tuna in oil
Steps
Wash the potatoes well and peel them, then cut them into chunks and boil them. You can also cook them with the skin on if you prefer.
Drain them and place them in a bowl, add the olives, drained tuna, and a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
Slice the onion, then blanch it with a couple of tablespoons of white wine vinegar for a few minutes, drain it and add it to the potatoes, season with oil, salt, and oregano.
Mix and serve with a sprinkle of parsley.
