The recipe for tiramisu cream in a glass is very simple, the cream is worked with coffee using electric beaters, all together and then placed in cups alternating with layers of cookies, very good to serve like ice cream.
Also great with lemon or with Nutella or peaches or other seasonal fruits!

Ingredients
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1/4 cup coffee
- 3/4 oz instant coffee
- to taste cocoa cookies
Steps
Prepare the coffee and let it cool and set aside 2-3 tablespoons.
Whip the cream with the rest of the coffee and the instant coffee.
Crumble the cookies, place some at the bottom of the cups, 2 or 4 make layers of cream and coffee until the ingredients are used up and add the coffee you set aside.
Place in the fridge or freezer for 20-30 minutes.

It’s also delicious if you use mascarpone instead of cream or ricotta or yogurt or these creams combined together, perfect with coffee but if you don’t like it you can use lemon, pistachio cream, Nutella or whatever you have in the fridge.
For the base, pan di stelle are really delicious but both pavesini and ladyfingers work well.
