Ingredients
- 8.8 oz mascarpone
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 oz coffee
- 3 tbsp shredded coconut
- 7.1 oz Pavesini
- as needed milk
- as needed chocolate chips
Steps
Prepare the coffee and let it cool, you can dilute it with milk if you prefer or if you don’t have time to wait for it to cool.
Mix the mascarpone with sugar and coffee, add the chocolate and set aside.
Whip the cream with the coconut.
Soak the cookies in milk and create the first layer, fill with a layer of coconut cream, then cookies and coffee cream, repeat until all ingredients are used and sprinkle with coconut.
Put the dessert in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or serve it in single-serving cups.
