The recipe for the Nutella semifreddo cake is perfect if you want to prepare a dessert with simple ingredients and are not very skilled in the kitchen, an electric whisk and a bowl and a few minutes of baking.
Obviously, if you don’t like Nutella, you can use coffee, perfect also with pineapple or chocolate.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2.1 oz sugar
- 2.8 oz all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 0.7 oz unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1.5 cups whipping cream
- 1 oz Nutella®
Steps
Beat the eggs with the sugar until they double in volume.
Gradually add the flour with the baking powder and cocoa while continuing to whisk with the electric beaters.
Pour the mixture into a tray lined with parchment paper and create a rectangle of about 10 x 14 inches.
Bake in a preheated oven at 410°F for 7 minutes, then remove and cut into 2 equal circles.
Place one disc in a mold then fill with the cream and cover with the other disc, decorate with dollops of cream, sprinkle with cocoa, and put in the freezer for a couple of hours.
