Ingredients
- 10.5 oz potatoes
- 3.5 oz green beans
- 2.8 oz cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup basil
- 1 oz pine nuts
- 1.4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
Steps
Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces, then put them in a pan with water.
Clean the green beans by removing the ends, add them to the potatoes and boil everything for about 15 minutes.
Drain and put in a bowl.
Wash the basil leaves, pat them dry and put them in a blender, add the pine nuts, salt, and oil, and half a garlic clove if you prefer, then blend well.
Add the tomatoes cut into wedges to the potatoes, then add the pesto and mix well.
