Ingredients
- 3.5 oz cookies
- 1.5 tbsp milk
- 0.7 oz grated coconut
- 3.5 oz white chocolate
- 3.5 tbsp heavy cream
- lemon zest
Steps
Place the cookies in a food processor with the milk, blend everything then add the grated lemon zest, the coconut and mix, form balls and put them in the fridge.
Melt the chocolate with the cream, once it is well melted roll the truffles a couple of times in the chocolate.
Roll the truffles in a plate where you have arranged more grated coconut, finally place the truffles on a plate and put them in the fridge.
