You can prepare the chicken with another side dish, for example, peppers, with broccoli, with zucchini, as you prefer, they are all very good dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1.1 lbs chicken
  • 1.1 lbs potatoes
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Steps

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces then boil them for about 10 minutes, drain well and place them in a bowl.

  • Add the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper or an aroma of your choice, mix well.

  • Heat the oil in a large pan and cook the potatoes, turning them carefully.

  • Then cook the chicken for 5 minutes, arrange them on the serving platter with the potatoes and rosemary.
