- 1.1 lbs chicken
- 1.1 lbs potatoes
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Steps
Cut the chicken breast into strips about half an inch wide and place them in a bag, add breadcrumbs, close the bag and shake well.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces then boil them for about 10 minutes, drain well and place them in a bowl.
Add the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper or an aroma of your choice, mix well.
Heat the oil in a large pan and cook the potatoes, turning them carefully.
