Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 2 drops vanilla

Steps

  • Pour the liquid cream, without whipping, with vanilla into a wide, shallow container.

  • Put in the freezer to cool for about 1 or 2 hours, it should freeze, the lower the container, the less time it will take to freeze.

  • After the time has passed, cut into pieces and put them in a pitcher then with the help of an immersion blender, blend well.

  • Pour the mixture into small cups or paper cups and keep in the freezer until serving, if you keep them in the fridge obviously they will melt.
