Ingredients
- 18 oz mascarpone
- 5 tbsp sugar

- as needed coffee
- 12 dry biscuits
Steps
Prepare the coffee to soak the biscuits and let it cool.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar using a whisk over a double boiler for a few minutes, until you see it starting to steam. Do not overcook, or the yolks will curdle.
Mix the mascarpone with the yolks and set aside.
Dip a biscuit in the coffee or a mixture of water and coffee and place it in a small bowl. Make a layer of cream, one of chocolate, and one of biscuits.
Continue until you have used all the ingredients, approximately 3 biscuits per bowl.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.

For the recipe, I used milk chocolate, but any type of chocolate is fine. If you don’t prefer mascarpone with yolks, you can always use just cream.
You can pour the mixture into a baking dish to make a single dessert.
