Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 7 tbsps butter
- 1 pinch vanillin
- 1 lemon zest
- 2 oz chocolate
Steps
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the vanillin, baking powder, and grated lemon zest, mix, then add the egg and pieces of butter, you can use a food processor if preferred.
Chop the chocolate into pieces and add to the mixture, mix well then divide the dough into 10-12 pieces.
Make rolls and close them into donut shapes, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15 minutes.
