Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 3.5 oz Nutella®
- 3.5 oz chocolate
Steps
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or with the microwave, when it’s almost ready add the Nutella, let it melt and mix well.
Whip the egg whites until stiff with an electric beater.
Add the melted chocolate, mixing from the bottom to the top, trying not to deflate the mixture too much.
Line a baking pan of 4.3 inches x 7 inches or a round pan of 7 inches with parchment paper and pour the mixture, level it and bake in a preheated ventilated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes
