Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh yeast
- 1 oz salami
- 1 oz cooked ham
- 1 oz cured ham
- 1 oz mortadella
- 1 3/4 oz fresh mozzarella
- 1 3/4 oz provolone
Steps
Dissolve the yeast in water and pour it into a bowl, add the flour, mix, add the salt, and knead well.
Make a ball and let it rest until it doubles in a bowl covered with cling film, about 3 hours.
After the time has passed, take the dough and divide it into 5-6 pieces, roll them out by hand, and fill them with cheese and cold cuts cut into cubes, close them underneath and place the rolls on the baking tray.
Brush with an egg yolk and let rest for 20 minutes, then preheat the oven to 355°F, bake, and cook for 10-15 minutes.
