Ingredients
- 14 oz spaghetti (or penne)
- 3.5 oz Neapolitan salami
- 3.5 oz spicy provolone
- 21 oz peeled tomatoes
- 3.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 onion
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 clove garlic
- 0.7 oz black olives
Steps
Sauté the chopped garlic with onion and diced salami.
Once they take on color, pour in the white wine and let it evaporate.
Add the peeled tomatoes, olives, and basil and let it thicken over low heat.
Drain the pasta al dente and add it to the pan, toss well, then add the provolone in thin slices or cubes, mix and serve.
