Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 3.2 oz butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1 pinch vanilla powder
  • 1/3 cup sugar

Steps

  • Pour the sifted flour with the baking powder and vanilla powder into a bowl, add the sugar, egg, butter in pieces, and grated lemon zest, mix quickly.

  • Divide the dough into 10-12 pieces, form rolls, flatten in the palm of your hand, fill with jam and cover with another piece of dough, create oval shapes.

  • Roll in granulated sugar and place the cookies on the oven tray lined with paper.

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 15 minutes.
