Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 7/8 cup vegetable oil (or extra virgin olive oil)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
Steps
Pour the sugar and eggs into the bowl of the mixer and beat well until you get a frothy mixture.
Add the sifted flour with the baking powder a little at a time, alternating with the oil and yogurt, continue to whisk.
Add the chocolate chips, mix a little, and pour everything into a greased and floured 9-inch mold.
Bake in the preheated oven at 356°F for about 25 minutes, static, do a toothpick test before removing from the oven, extend the time by 5-10 minutes if needed.
