Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups almonds
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 cup sugar
- to taste Nutella®
Steps
Chop the almonds with the mixer and pour them into a bowl.
Add the sugar, a pinch of salt, the unbeaten egg white, adding it a little at a time, and mix as you go, the mixture should not be sticky, if necessary add a bit of flour.
Divide it into balls, press them in the palm of your hand, fill with a bit of Nutella, and close the balls well, then roll them first in granulated sugar and then in powdered sugar.
Place an almond in the center then put the cookies on the oven tray lined with parchment paper, bake and cook for 12-15 minutes.
