Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 1/3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 packet vanillin
Steps
Pour the flour into a bowl or the food processor, add the vanillin, lemon juice, honey, egg, and butter, and knead everything well.
Take the dough and roll it out on a lightly floured surface, roll it as thin as possible, you can use a pasta roller if you prefer.
Cut it into diamonds and fry as usual, perfect also in the air fryer.
Drain on kitchen paper then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
