Soft Chocolate-Filled Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 7 oz 60% dark chocolate
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Steps

  • Pour the sifted flour with the baking powder and cocoa into a bowl, add the sugar, egg, and butter, and knead well.

  • Divide the dough into 25-30 pieces and make balls, not too large. Roll first in granulated sugar, then in powdered sugar, and arrange the cookies on the baking sheet lined with paper.

  • Flatten them a bit, bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15 minutes.

  • Prepare the cream, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, when almost fully melted, add the sugar and egg, and stir quickly for a few minutes, then remove from the heat and let cool.

  • When the cream is cold, fill the cookies and pair them.
