Ingredients
- 5.3 oz sugar
- 3 eggs
- 6 oz all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 3 teaspoons red food coloring
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 3.5 oz strawberries
- 1 oz dark chocolate chips
Steps
Beat the eggs with the sugar until they double in volume, add the flour, baking powder, coloring, vinegar, and mix with a spatula by hand.
Pour the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and shape it into a rectangle about 10 x 14 inches.
Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F and cook for 7 minutes, then remove from the oven, take it off the paper, roll up, keep it rolled for a minute, and then unroll again.
Cut the strawberries into pieces, whip the cream, add the strawberries and chocolate chips.
Fill the sponge cake and roll it up, decorate with tufts of cream and strawberries.
