Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 2.1 oz buffalo mozzarella
Steps
Remove the puff pastry from the fridge 10 minutes before using it, then cut it with a 4-inch cutter or a latte cup.
Put the tomato sauce in a bowl, add salt to taste, a drizzle of oil, and oregano, mix and fill the pastry discs.
Add the drained mozzarella, better if from the day before, and fold the discs in half.
Seal the edges well with a fork, poke the pastry, bake in a preheated oven at 356°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.
