Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 1/4 tsp fresh yeast
- 3/4 cup milk
- as needed lemon zest
- as needed Nutella®
- 1/3 cup butter
Steps
Dissolve the yeast in the milk, then pour the flour into a bowl, add the yeast, egg, sugar, chopped butter, half a teaspoon of salt, and knead well, you can obviously use a stand mixer.
Make a ball and let it rise in a bowl covered with plastic wrap to rest until doubled for about 5 hours.
After the time has passed, take the dough and divide it into 16 pieces, fill with Nutella and form balls, create the nutella tree on the baking sheet lined with paper starting with one then 2, 3, 4, 5 and finally one ball in the center, like the picture.
Let it rest for 20-30 minutes then preheat the oven to 350°F, bake and cook for 15 minutes.
