Paradise Pandoro Star

Ingredients

  • as needed pandoro
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream, 35% fat
  • 3 1/2 oz condensed milk
  • 2 pinches vanillin

Steps

  • Cut the base of the pandoro to a height of about 2 inches, then hollow it out leaving 1/2 inch.

  • Melt a bit of cream with the vanillin and let it cool, then pour everything into the bowl of the mixer, add the rest of the cream and the condensed milk, whip everything well with electric beaters.

  • Fill the star with the cream, then with the help of a piping bag with a 3/4 inch nozzle, embellish the dessert with dollops of cream.

  • Decorate the dessert by adding red fruits and rosemary sprigs, then refrigerate for about half an hour.
