- Portions: 4
- Cooking methods: Oven
- Cuisine: Italian
Ingredients
- 1 flatbread
- 3.5 oz cooked ham
- 2.1 oz smoked provolone
- 1.1 oz arugula
Steps
Cut a flatbread with a 4-inch round cutter, a latte cup will do, then place the discs in a muffin tin, fit them well otherwise they won’t stay upright after baking.
Bake in a preheated oven at 482°F for 5 minutes or under the grill, be careful not to burn them, they should maintain their shape after baking, if needed extend the baking time a little but lower the temperature.
Remove from oven, fill with arugula leaves, cut the cheese into pieces and the ham, and fill the baskets, sprinkle with oregano, drizzle with oil as desired, and salt if preferred.
Bon appétit
