Simple and quick to prepare, New Year’s Eve canapés are perfect to start the end or the first lunch of the year, filled with salmon or speck, they suit both fish and meat menus.
The recipe for making New Year’s Eve canapés is perfect if you are looking for something tasty that can be prepared in a few minutes with sandwich bread, spreadable cheese, cold cuts, and mayonnaise.
Obviously, they can be filled as you prefer, I have proposed two ideas, one with speck and one with salmon, but cooked ham is perfect or a tuna mousse, salmon or with avocado and you can replace ricotta with Philadelphia or stracchino.
The idea was very popular so I will prepare them for the first of the year with speck and ham.
