Ingredients
- 4 slices sandwich bread
- 1.8 oz smoked salmon
- 0.42 cup mayonnaise
- 1.1 cup cream cheese
- 2.1 oz lettuce
Steps
Pair the slices in twos and place them side by side on the long side and cut them into a triangle, then with the scraps also form the trunk.
Place half of the sandwich bread on the serving plate, form the tree.
Mix the cheese, ricotta, stracchino, Philadelphia, whichever you prefer, with a bit of mayonnaise, a tablespoon, salt, and pepper to taste and spread on the bread.

Cover with the mayonnaise and with a fork draw wavy lines like those of a tree trunk.
