Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 packet instant yeast for savory preparations
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1.8 oz smoked salmon
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 4 oz cherry tomatoes
  • 5.3 oz smoked provola cheese
  • 3.5 oz stracchino cheese

Steps

  • Prepare the tart dough, work the eggs in a bowl with the oil and water, mix well with a hand whisk.

  • Add the flour with the yeast a little at a time while continuing to work with the hand whisk, then add the salt, continue mixing and pour everything into a 8-9 inch pan, better if you have a smart pan.

  • To prevent it from puffing up in the center, you can place a weight in the middle, a sheet of aluminum foil with some beans, bake and cook in a preheated oven at 400°F for about 15-20 minutes.

  • Remove from oven, place the tart on a serving plate then top with the stracchino, arugula, salmon, cherry tomatoes quartered, and provola in pieces, sprinkle with oregano and serve in slices.
