CHOCOLATE and DRIED FRUIT CAKE

Why choose chocolate and dried fruit cake
Easy and quick: ready in 10 minutes.
Smart recycling: great for using leftover dried fruit from the holidays.
Perfect always: after lunch, after dinner, for a special snack.
Versatile: you can customize it with the dried fruit you prefer or add spices like cinnamon and vanilla.

Presentation ideas

I served it sliced into squares, like brownies, and I assure you they disappeared in a flash. If you want to impress, you can serve it in thin slices accompanied by a glass of sweet wine or an amaretto liqueur: a perfect pairing for an elegant and quick dessert.

Another cute idea? Prepare mini portions in single-serving molds: they become chocolate and dried fruit treats to serve at a buffet or to give as gifts, nice to look at and super practical.
