  • Mix well, the dough will be sticky, add the shrimp, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

  • After the time has passed, heat the oil in a pan or fryer then use a spoon to drop the batter into the hot oil and let it brown, then drain on kitchen paper.

    My daughter loved them, she really likes shrimp cooked in all ways and the zeppoline are really delicious.
