Ingredients
- 4 slices sandwich bread
- 2.1 oz smoked salmon
- 2.8 oz mayonnaise (approximately)
- to taste arugula
Steps
Cut the bread, without pressing it first with the rolling pin, with a glass and make a hole in the center with a plastic cap.
Spread with mayonnaise, then cut the smoked salmon into strips and place it on half of the donuts, add a little arugula and a sprinkle of pepper if you prefer.
Put mayonnaise on the other donuts too and pair them, decorate with pink peppercorns, I attached them with mayonnaise.
Arrange the canapés on the serving plate in the fridge until ready to serve.
