Ingredients
- 2 slices sandwich bread
- 1.4 oz ricotta
- 1 slice cooked ham
- 2 slices speck
- 1 oz mayonnaise
Steps
Flatten the bread with a rolling pin and divide the slices into 3 strips.
Work the ricotta in a bowl with the mayonnaise and then spread it over the slices, also cut the ham and speck into strips and place them on the bread.
At this point, fold the strips over themselves, curving them to form the trees, then skewer them with wooden sticks, optionally add an olive, place them on a serving dish on a bed of arugula or salad, keep in the fridge until it’s time to serve.
