- 3.5 oz speck
- 2.1 oz smoked provolone

Cut it with a 2.75-inch tree-shaped cutter, or just make triangles with a base of 0.4 inches; you should get 9-10 triangles.
Stuff half of them with a piece of speck and a piece of cheese, then pair them up and seal the edges a bit by pressing with your fingers.
Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sprinkle with oregano, and bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for about 15 minutes.
