Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- Half packet instant yeast for savory preparations
- 7/8 cup water (or milk)
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Steps
Pour the water into a large bowl, add the oil and mix, add the eggs and work a bit with a hand whisk.
Add the flour with the yeast a little at a time while stirring, first with the whisk then with the spoon, finally add the salt and mix a bit.
Pour the mixture into a 8-inch cake pan or a panettone mold, oil the surface then bake at 350°F for about 35-40 minutes.
Always do a toothpick test before taking out of the oven.
