Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2.1 oz sugar
- 2.8 oz all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2.1 cups custard
- 1.3 cups whipping cream, 35% fat

Steps
Prepare the base, beat the eggs with the sugar until doubled in volume, then gradually add the sifted flour with the baking powder.
Pour the mixture into a star-shaped mold about 8 inches, this is my MOLD
Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for 10 minutes, then remove from oven, let cool slightly, and cut in half to fill, it is not very tall.
Make the custard HERE, place it in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let cool.
Fill with custard using a piping bag or spoon, then whip the cream and make a layer on the custard.
Close the cake and decorate with dollops of cream and custard in the center with red fruits and pieces of pandoro.
