Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 5 tablespoons lard (or butter)
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup raisins
Preparation
Pour the flour into a mixer, add the baking powder and mix, then add the egg and sugar.
Mix a little and add the lard or butter, then operate the mixer and work with it.
Finally, add all the dried fruits and blend everything for a few seconds, the dough will appear crumbly.
Take the dough and form a block, then cut it into pieces of about 3/4 inch and place them on the oven tray lined with paper.
Bake in the preheated oven at 390°F (convection) for 15 minutes.
